I suffer from a condition called hyperhidrosis, its when the body sweats excessively. I was looking for products that can stop the sweating, but then i thought to myself , “what if I can buy pills that make my body cold”. I know the body is supposed to stay at a constant temperature of 98 degrees but maybe there is something out there? Im getting sick of sweating, i cant mess around with my friends and flirt with the chicks without having sweat on my face. So is there a pill that can make my body cold?

I have a wet in hands and legs that cause embarassing moment when the time come to open shoes..and that was sunlight or else raining and cloudy…People think that I am a disgusting fellow and it make me impossible to make friends…
I didnt expect this on the last year in my school…

Question by rockercap: Are there any side effects of anti-depressant or anti-psychotic medicines?
I went to a skin specialist for hand sweating problem (hyperhidrosis) and he gave me anti-depressant medicine named “LEVOPRAID” for 10days 1 tablet each night so i was just wondering that will there be any side effect for taking anti-depressent medicine for 10 days without having any depression. I didn’t got any cure from it and it is also mentioned at this page that anti-depressent medicines is out-dated theory to cure hyperhidrosis.

Question by Anita: Is there an inexpensive way to cure hyperhidrosis?
I’m asking this question for my sister. Her hands remain very sweaty in warm or cold weather. Powder and deodorant on her hands will not work. The only thing available is a spinal procedure, or shots of botox in the hands. We do not have the money for either one. Also, is this something to be concerned about, like circulation problems?
I never said I a doctor told me.
