I have hyperhidrosis, mostly on my palms. They are constantly clammy and i can never keep them dry.?

is there any way to prevent this besides surgery? I have used powder, but it has to be reapplied every time i wash my hands, which i do frequently, and i can’t carry a bottle of powder around in my purse. Isn’t there some kind of medication?
