Ok, I know I’ve asked a similar question before, but I really need to know what to do. I sweat excessively, to the point where I can’t wear dark shirts to school without a jacket. I’m switching schools in two weeks, and I want to make friends. How can I really get rid of this so that it doesn’t come back? I know that is is caused by anxiety, by the way.
