What Is Hyperhidrosis?

How to treat hyperhidrosis without side-effects can almost seem to be a non-existent concept if we look at all the bizarre treatments that are out there today. For example, there’s the use of some medications that inhibit certain neurotransmitters like acetylcholine, the one responsible for flinging our sweat glands into a wild state of hyperdrive. But the side-effects of such medications can be brutal and include heart palpitations, urinary retention, blurred vision, constipation and others… is this really how to treat hyperhidrosis?

Then they’ve got what’s called iontopheresis, which is basically electric shock therapy. You place the effected areas under water which then has an electrical charge passed through the liquid medium. Sounds painful? Those with mild to intermediate cases would tend to agree, though the effects do seem to be satisfactory, however temporary and expensive.

If you ask me, this is not how to treat hyperhidrosis at all. It’s just too… too medieval, don’t you think so? Ah, but let’s not forget Botox! Why not? Heck, just inject yourself with an incredibly lethal poison, some bacteria of botulism, hope you don’t die, and enjoy the wildly expensive and quite temporary relief – yeah!

Uhm, no thanks. You see, none of these are how to treat hyperhidrosis in any truly practical way. It’s all like trying to knock over a bowling pin with a Mac truck. There are much simpler, safer, phenomenally less expensive, natural and permanently effective ways to go about this. You’d be quite surprised how much this condition is brought about and amplified environmentally, even by some relatively toxic things we’re accustomed to eat every day. Simple changes to your diet and natural remedies made from things around the house actually cure thousands of people of this every day, and that is how to treat hyperhidrosis.
