Disorder Sweating – Hyperhidrosis
My disorder sweating was caused by a fairly common syndrome called hyperhidrosis. If you think you’re dealing with the same problem, take heart. Many people suffer from this disorder. It revolves around hyperactive sweat glands that fire off perspiration excessively and uncontrollably. I wasn’t able to tame the sweating with deodorants or even topical prescription medicine like drysol.
I WAS, however, able to end my excessive sweating using natural treatments that are pretty easy to apply. Before you get too gung-ho, here is my one caveat. You have to be diligent. There is no perfect cure-all. But with these tips and tricks, you can end your perspiration in a matter of weeks using the following natural treatments:

- Drink plenty of water. This is advice that most often confuses people. They hear drink more water and all they can think of is more sweat pouring from them. The fact is, you sweat because your body is overheated. The sweat glands become more sensative to heat and fire off at the slightess rise in temperature. When you drink tons of water, you’ll cool your bodies temperature and lessen the sweating. The problem? Yep, you’d lessen one problem only to gain another. You’ll probably be urinating every 20 minutes.
- Wear loose clothing. I know it’s an obvious tip but it needs to be said. Breathable cottons can make a world of difference when it comes to excessive sweating. And if you’re anything like me, you know that finding a great pair of breathable socks can be a godsend. I used to fear situations where I’d have to take my shoes off around others. My sweaty socks would sop the floor with moisture and the odor was really embarrassing. I’ve found a much better absorbable sock brand and haven’t looked back since.
- Drink cups of hot tea at night. Green tea is preferred. The antioxidants in the tea will flush out impurities through your urine as opposed to your sweat glands. Often toxins that build up in the body will trigger hyperhydrosis affected glands into sweating regularly to clean the body of impurities. Adding green tea to your regimen will lessen your sweating by improving the antioxidents that regulate through your system.
